Regions involvement in the European innovation agenda’s
More than 180 regional actors will be involved in the process of identifying research and innovation needs to improve research agenda at a regional level. Through this path, R4R will lead the identification of promising projects and ideas to find partners in Europe and engage in R&I projects.
Beyond the identification, the idea is to get the contribution to the European research area of the relevant stakeholders in each region through brokerage and networking events organized under the European Technology Platform for Sustainable Chemistry umbrella.

Breakthrough ambition
- Reduce the dependency on fossil feedstock: a 10-fold increase in the use of bio renewable raw materials as feedstock by 2030.
